One can only read the Kumyk poet Irchi Kazak in his native language Kumyk or Russian. For those having a grasp on neither, may we recommend familiarising with the Cyrillic alphabet by reading Balazs Dzsudzsak's name on his jersey. One could argue that spelling Dzsudzsak was hard enough...

The task of picking up a Dzsudzsák jersey of bright lemon colour is no harder task now than obtaining a volume by the great Kumyk poet. Both items can be purchased in Makhachkala, Dagestan's lively capital city, as Anzhi Makhachkala's new merchandise store opened on the 20th of August.

The occasion inspired the deft Dagestani club to dress the said poet's statue in Anzhi's home colours on the opening. The poet himself could not attend in person, as he had sadly met his fate in 1879.

The citrus-coloured goodies are available in the club's store, but if you are interested, please drop a line to info@macskahal.hu and we'll see what we can do.

Now is the time to become a blinding yellow Roberto Carlos, Balazs Dzsudzsak, Yuri Zhirkov, or Alexander Alexandrovich Prudnikov for that matter. No final word on a lemon Eto'o just yet.

Stay tuned.
